NIPOC celebrates FESTIVAL OF AUTUMN (Mehregan)

8th annual PERSIAN FESTIVAL OF AUTUMN (Mehregan 2003)<br>The Iranian-American community of Orange County is celebrating the 8th annual PERSIAN FESTIVAL OF AUTUMN (Mehregan 2003).<br>The Orange County Board of Supervisors proclaimed October 8th as the official day of MEHREGAN.<br>Mehregan is a celebration of nature, a festival of seasons, and the birthday of light.
