The group features Pirayeh Pourafar on tar; Mashid Mirzadeh on santur; Houman Pourmehdi on tonbak, daf and ney; Randy Gloss on percussion; vocalists Siamak Shadjarian and Soleyman Vaziri. Shahrzad Dance Academy is a professional dance company founded by Sharzad Khorsandi. SDA is focusing on contemporary & classical Persian and fusion choreography. The ensemble performs at various cultural events, lecture-demonstrations, and company concerts, in addition to collaborating on dance productions with various organizations.
