2012 Norooz Bazaar<br>
The 11th Annual Norooz Bazaar is almost here! This year the bazaar will take place on: Sunday March 18, 2012<br>
The bazaar will be held from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Orange County Airport Hilton Hotel. The address is: <br>
18800 MacArthur Blvd., Irvine, CA 92612<br>
It will be a fantastic time with children's activities, face painting, Haji Farooz, Haft-Seen Taraneh, and Persian food. Entertainment will be provided by DJ Omead and pianist Hamid Deihimi. <br><br>
Norooz is a spring festival that is celebrated all over the world. One special focus is the Haft-Seen table. The table showcases seven items: wheat or sprouts growing in a dish, sweet pudding, dried fruit, garlic, apples, berries, and vinegar. All of these items begin with an 's' in the Persian language, and all seven items represent a very important element of life.
