5th annual Norooz Bazaar by ISCC in Irvine

Please Join ISCC in celebrating the arrival of the Persian New Year by attending our 5th annual Norooz Bazaar and Ghollak Shekan supporting underprivileged children suffering from cancer Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Marriott Hotel Irvine. <br><br>
This annual event has become a tradition among residents of Southern California. This year, at our new location, the Bazaar features a variety of delicious homemade torshis, jams, pastries, Haft Seen items and entertainment for children and adults. The attendees are welcomed by a beautiful Haft Seen and a room full of enthusiastic volunteers selling exquisite homemade items.

Children will be entertained by Haji Firouz and Amoo Norooz, face painting, Haft Seen making and egg decorations. Please, make sure to bring back your filled Ghollaks and pickup new ones.
<br><br>

Mrs. Shahrzad Ardalan, a long time ISCC supporter and volunteer, will be hosting the event. As she states, "This event gives the community an opportunity to teach their children about our rich culture and tradition, spend quality time with family and complete their Norooz shopping, all while raising money for a wonderful cause."
