Description
Drama - 2001 - 85 min, An Afghan-reared Canadian journalist attempts to reach the city of Kandahar before her sister, depressed by the rigors of Taliban repression, makes good on a suicide threat. The film addresses the plight of Afghan women under the Taliban and the accumulated misery of the Afghan people.
