"...The unfamiliar seasons of other planets would strike any Earth-dweller as strange -- but some planets have even stranger seasons than others..." </I><P>Mr. Victory was born and raised in Teheran. He received his BS and MS in Mechanical Eng from MIT (1953-1958). While teaching at MIT, he did research on parachutes for the U.S. Air Force. <P>From 1958 to 1975, Mr. Victory researched the effects of the nuclear weapons (for U.S. Air Force), silent propulsion systems (Navy), and combustion instability in rockets (NASA). From 1976 to 1978, he worked on several projects for the Agriculture Ministry of Iran. <P>Mr. Victory currently owns a company developing custom computer programs. Mr. Victory has authored some 50 scientific articles about his projects, and over 500 articles on space, astronomy, and cosmology for various Persian journals and magazines in Los Angeles. His 1st book "Shegeftihaye Jahan" (Wonders of Universe) is a collection of 25 of his favorite articles in English and Farsi. He is currently working on his 2nd book entitled "The Magical Universe". <P>He is well known to the Iranian community in the U.S. through radio interviews over the years, and 2 series of his Persian TV programs, "Journey to Space" and "Wonders of Universe" in Persian TV programs. <P>AIAP is proud to have Mr. Victory as its feature speaker.</td></tr></table>
