Elfin Forest, Escondido <br>Meet @ North County Mall<br>Elfin Forest hike is pretty steep for the first mile and a half. Then it is easy after that. We'll walk between 6-8 miles depends on trails choosen and will return by 11:30-12:00 Noon. <br>Meet the group in front of Sears for sharing ride to Elfin Forest. The group will leave at 8:10 AM<br>Direction: <br>I-15 North to Escondido Exit VIA RANCHO PARKWAY Go straight through the traffic light to the shopping center and Turn Left. You will see SEARS shortly. <br><br>For those of coming from Coastal Area(Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, etc) , a shorter way is: <br><br>I-5 North to LA COSTA Ave Exit Right Turn To La Costa Ave Continue to the end Left Turn to RANCHO SANTA FE Road Right Turn to QUESTHAVEN Rd.
