AIAP Hiking

AIAP February hike is scheduled for Morena Lake, which is 53 miles East of San Diego.<br>This 12 miles round trip will take you down to a canyon first and then you will climb back.<br><br>Location: Meet at Lake Murray and car pool<br><br>Direction to Lake Murray:<br>Take H WY 8-East to Lake Murray Blvd Exit- Proceed in Lake Murray Blvd to KIOWA Dr. It is the First traffic signal North of I-8. Turn left at the signal to KIOWA Dr. Continue to the end, enter the lake area and meet the group in the large parking lot. We will car pool to Morena Lake.<br><br>Direction to Morena Lake:<br>Take H WY 8-East (40 plus miles) to the mountain. Exit at BUCKMAN SPRING ROAD- S1, Right turn and continue for 12 miles.
